Give yourself a treat and enjoy one of our regional meals prepared by our professional kitchen crew! Our tasty and freshly-made meals are served in our historical vault or in the sunny courtyard in front of it. You will be surprised by the huge selection of our wines and sparkling wines! Visiting our restaurant is a special experience as we personally care for your well-being.
Our treasury
Our vaulted cellars seat up to 60 guests and are suited for small groups as well as a whole busload of visitors who may, for example, enjoy a wine-tasting evening with rustic snacks or one of our hearty meals from the menu.
In front of the cellar vault, there is a courtyard with an additional 45 seats where you will be spoilt both by our hospitality and the sun. The cellar's door and windows open up to the courtyard which can be accessed directly from the vault without having to climb steps.
We will be happy to serve you our numerous red and white wines as well as our fruit spirits and grape juices. All beverages are home-made. Our menu includes hearty snacks, schnitzel and rump steaks accompanied by various side dishes as well as crisp and fresh salads served with breast of turkey or Feta cheese and olives. A speciality is our saddle steak "Bruder Heinrich" which is served with fresh mushrooms and onions topped with cheese.
In 2009, our restaurant and tavern will be open from April to mid-November;
Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. at mid-day.
