Ediger-Eller
Ediger is the larger of the two villages which together constitute the municipality of Ediger-Eller. With its narrow alleyways, Ediger is a very picturesque village which can look back on more than 1400 years of history.
Our village offers an excellent infrastructure: within 300 metres from our holiday flats you will find a store in which you can buy meat from local producers, freshly baked goods and a huge variety of cheese. The drugstore, a hair dresser and the tourist information centre are also within walking distance.
In our village, you will also find a gas station with a garage, two bike rentals as well as a canoe rental, a small wharf and a railway station. There are many restaurants, taverns, seasonal wine taverns and cafés. You have many opportunities for walking and cycling along the Moselle. Besides that, you also have the opportunity to relax during a walk through the vineyards or alongside small rivulets.
Those who are looking for a little adventure can climb the steepest vineyard in Europe, the Calmont, which has an ascent of sometimes alpine character.
